In this half-day class, we will be discussing country wine making (non-grape). Although country wine is a term often applied to just about any wine made from something other than wine grapes, we will discuss specifically fruit wine making.

The class covers a short history of wine making. You’ll learn the complete process of making wine with premium quality grape juice varietals. From primary fermentation to de-gassing, clarifying, and bottling, you’ll participate in all the stages during this hands-on 2.5-3 hour class.

ONE DAY ONLY - Ted and Louisa Videki from Frogtown Cellars Vineyards & Winery located near Dahlonega Georgia will be in Sandy Springs for a very special wine tasting. Taste why Frogtown is the most awarded winery located outside of California in major competitions.
